New ‘Diamond’ Formed Product Delivered Under Strict Deadline Pressure
UNICOL Engineering is an industry leader in audio-visual mounting, renown for bespoke solutions that fit any application. Early this year, the company successfully delivered a specialist outdoor mounting system for a high-profile sporting venue, in partnership with a leading audio-visual solutions specialist. The installation featured UNICOL’s brand-new InfaPoint Bolt Down Display Post Range, designed specifically for the application.

The design took shape in just two weeks, with UNICOL working directly with the integrator and their tight deadline, to develop a bespoke solution that met their requirements precisely. The pedestal needed to support an Aqualite 55" outdoor screen with a display height of exactly two metres from the floor and provide a permanent and secure outdoor screen solution with a weatherproof protective cover-surround. The InfaPoint Bolt Down Display Post delivered all these features and, equally importantly, was agreed and installed within the specified timeframe.
The solution, which is compatible with both commercial displays and dvLED panels, was so successful that UNICOL has now established the InfaPoint range as a key product offering. Based on its established outdoor pedestal design, the InfaPoint Bolt Down Display Post is ideal for outdoor signage, including bus stops, drive thrus and more, with alternative height options and a choice of protective cover styles. Further customisation is available with a choice of stainless steel or aluminium construction, depending on the requirements of the application.

These two partnerships have allowed us to create a new and engaging outdoor mounting solution. Our UK factory ensures a super-fast response time whilst maintaining engineering precision, which is key when our clients are high profile, deadline orientated professionals!”
The Hisense LED version of the InfaPoint was also featured at ISE, once again delivered on a tight turnaround. Its debut at the industry's premier event helped to demonstrate the full range of installation options that Hisense can offer, further highlighting the versatility of the InfaPoint platform.
