From the British steel we use to the heavy-duty paper and card we package in, sustainability is a factor in everything we do. 98% of our products are recyclable, scrap metal and cardboard are recycled, and we're actively working to cut what plastic remains.

Design
Custom or new-build projects go through our dedicated design process, working closely with Andy and Tim. They consider every angle, including intended use, environment, future-proofing, cross-compatibility and manufacturing feasibility to make sure your solution is right first time, not just on paper.
Manufacture
Our skilled team cut, fold, press, weld and finish every product by hand-guided machinery, from hydraulic presses shaping everything from handwheels to Axia masts, to CO2 welding and our spray booth finishing at 180–200°C, including our signature Sinterflex Black and White finishes.
Assembly
Every product gets a hands-on finish. Our assembly team fits socket caps, secures riv-nuts, builds pre-assembled solutions like kiosks and lecterns, wires up electrical components, and brings every part together ready for packaging, with an eye for detail at every step.
Testing
Safety comes first. Many products are design-tested before manufacture even begins, then tested again once assembled. This includes tilt, weight and compatibility testing, especially where a customer has supplied their own screen for a custom fit.
Packaging
Once ready, your order is carefully packed to protect it in transit, either in our heavy-duty paper packaging, built to withstand rough handling, or in a dedicated cardboard box for larger items. Either way, it's built to arrive exactly as it left us.
Dispatch
Every order is safely loaded onto our lorries each afternoon by our dedicated dispatch team. Larger products and orders travel on pallets, keeping everything secure and accounted for, right up until it reaches your door.
