New Products & Client Successes
Spirit dvLED Video Wall Mount
Our most exciting innovation this year has been the Spirit dvLED mounting system. Engineered with simplicity in mind, Spirit combines decades of UNICOL expertise with modern ingenuity, offering installers a premium LED video wall solution that's both competitively priced and remarkably easy to work with.
Built from high-precision aluminium extrusion with tolerances of +/- 0.2mm, Spirit provides the accuracy that direct-view LED installations demand. The adjustable wall-tie system offers 20mm of movement both horizontally and vertically, allowing installers to overcome real-world site challenges. Available in wall-mounted, freestanding, mobile-trolley, floor-to-wall, and floor-to-ceiling configurations, Spirit adapts to virtually any installation requirement.
The Rhobus Plus Range
The Rhobus Plus series bridges the practicality of our classic Rhobus range with premium functionality for modern AV environments. The RP100 standard trolley and RP100HD heavy-duty trolley represent a leap forward in professional AV support solutions.
These trolleys handle larger displays whilst providing enhanced storage and seamless video conference integration. With intelligent temperature-controlled cooling, removable AV equipment trays, and support for screens up to 98", the Rhobus Plus range effectively serves boardrooms, control centres, collaborative zones, and modern learning environments.
Nationwide Bingo Installation
Working with AV integrator Willow Communications, we supported a major LED video wall rollout across bingo venues operated by Mecca Bingo, Buzz Bingo, Club3000, and Deluxe Bingo throughout the UK.
Over 410,000 metres of our aluminium extrusion was deployed across installations ranging from compact arrays to expansive video walls measuring 12,000 x 2,000mm. The Spirit mounting system's built-in flexibility proved essential for accommodating diverse wall types and tight installation timeframes.
Retail Digital Signage Deployment
In partnership with Pixel Inspiration, we supplied mounting systems for a major digital signage project at a prominent UK retail chain, requiring a nationwide rollout across hundreds of stores with varying floor types, ceiling heights, and unique mounting requirements.
Our Edgeline Kiosk range, particularly the EKTC solution, provided the adaptability needed to deliver secure, tamper-proof window mounting that could be configured for any scenario without compromising the core product offering.
