FAQ's
Can I cut this to a custom length?
Yes, this column can be cut and drilled to meet specific requirements. For it to still be ceiling suspension ready, we recommend you use our column cutting/drilling jig (CDJ1) to help simplify this process. Alternatively, we offer custom lengths up to 3000mm.
Can I use this for ceiling suspension?
Yes. For heavy duty installations, you may need a HC column length for additional strength. If you’re every unsure, call our sales team and they’ll be able to help.
Is this compatible with other UNICOL products?
Yes. As a part of UNICOL’s modular mounting system, we have ranges of products that have been specifically designed around the UNICOL column, offering flexibility and adaptability in any build.
Can I join multiple columns together?
Yes, depending on your set up you can use an internal column coupler or if you want to mount something in the middle, you can use one our many adapter column couplers which are compatible with our universal and dedicated screen mounts.
